The Convention Of States Rears Its Ugly Head–AGAIN.

Yep–The Leftist Loons And So-Called “CONSERVATIVES” Alike Want To Destroy The Republic.

Every once in a while–far more often since Mark Levin decided to write a book on the issue–the subject of a convention of states comes up. This is seen by some people who call themselves “conservatives” as the best chance to rein in Federal power and bring control back to the states themselves. And they CLAIM that there wouldn’t be a “run away” convention–it would NOT overstep its authority–because of the 3/4s rule requiring a super-majority to ratify changes.

So, What’s Wrong With This Picture?

Well–WHERE DO I START? FIRST OF ALL, IT ISN’T JUST CONSERVATIVES PUSHING THIS LUNACY. THE LIST OF LEFTIST LOON AND SOROS FUNDED GROUPS ON BOARD IS HUGE. BTW–the YOUNG TURKS ARE FUNDED BY SOROS… AS ARE MANY OF THE GROUPS ON THAT LIST. 

So any so-called “conservative” pushing this idiotic notion needs to RESEARCH THE OTHER SUPPORTERS. DIG DEEP. DO YOU WANT TO BE IN BED WITH THE LEFTIST LOONS?

Well, Politics Makes For Strange Bedfellows….

Why would conservatives want to do this? Because they are either constitutionally ignorant (usually the case) OR THEY ARE NOT CONSERVATIVES.  To get some perspective here, we have to re-visit the big Hoorah over the GOP convention, and the “rules committee”. You see, when it comes to the GOP convention, THE RULES FOR THE PRIMARY HAVE TO BE ADOPTED BY THE RULES COMMITTEE FOR THE GENERAL. So until the GOP RATIFIED THE EXISTING RULES–The first order of business–they had the ability TO MAKE UP NEW RULES.

And guess what? THE SAME APPLIES TO A CONVENTION OF STATES. Because in reality, under the Constitution, the CONGRESS sets the rules, up to and including scrapping the entire Constitution itself.

Wow. That Doesn’t Sound Right…

BUT IT IS. In 1787, we had “Articles of Confederation”. And the original purpose of the “Constitutional Convention was to AMEND THOSE. But they weren’t “amended”–THEY WERE REPLACED. If this were such a good idea, would Hamilton have been against it? Would truly CONSERVATIVE SCOTUS justices have been against it? NOPE. They were against this because it is a perfect opportunity to lose everything we have left. Just as people freaked out over the idea that the GOP could change the rules in the middle of the game, people SHOULD BE SAYING NO WAY TO THIS LUNACY. Especially when you research the long long list of leftist loons supporting this.

Until we have drained the swamp–and even AFTER WE HAVE DRAINED THE SWAMP–the ONLY safe way to amend the Constitution is through the standard amendment process. Anything else is absolutely suicidal. SHAME ON THE SO-CALLED CONSERVATIVES/REPUBLICANS ON THIS BANDWAGON. Do your research.

The Electoral College–Part 2

Just When You Think Things Can’t Get Crazier….

Apparently, Dr. Jill Stein–the woman who spent the last half of her campaign cycle saying NEVER HILLARY in as many different ways as possible–has now raised millions in a matter of days to challenge results in at least FOUR states.

Never mind that the deadline has PASSED in at least one–Pennsylvania–and she’d have to go to court. Never mind that NONE of these challenges can benefit her or The Green Party IN ANY WAY AT ALL. Never mind that it says ON HER OWN WEBSITE THAT SHE’S NOT GUARANTEEING THERE WILL BE RECOUNTS.

SHE IS DOING THIS ANYWAY. And No, Jill–we don’t believe you’re doing this to push national, publicly owned voting machines. What we NEED are:

1. PAPER BALLOTS–WITH NO MAIL IN/ABSENTEE BALLOTS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES OR ARE MILITARY.
2. FULL VOTER ID IN ALL 50 STATES, WITH INKED FINGER TO PROVE YOU VOTED, AS THEY DO IN EVERY OTHER DEVELOPED NATION.
3. EACH STATE MUST COORDINATE WITH SOCIAL SECURITY TO CROSS CHECK ALL VOTER REGISTRANTS FOR CITIZENSHIP (AND BEING ALIVE/ELIGIBLE AGE WISE) BEFORE EACH ELECTION.
4. NO AUTO-REGISTRATION. YOU MUST ACTIVELY REGISTER TO VOTE, WHETHER YOUR STATE ISSUES DRIVER’S LICENSES TO ILLEGALS OR NOT.

Number three would also help drastically reduce the incidence of long term ID theft/Social Security number fraud as well.But here is the really interesting part: somehow, she has raised far more in a few DAYS than her entire campaign–two times more, at least. And as of yet, I can’t find an outside accounting of where is money is coming from.

Even The Leftist Loons At SLATE Are Telling The Hillbots NOT TO DONATE…..

And their reasoning is sound. We have NO IDEA where any money will go if recounts don’t happen–to the Green Party? To Jill? To a Home for Superannuated Spaniels?  Inquiring minds want to know, Jill.

What Does All This Mean?

This means a few things. First, despite what she SAYS, she KNOWS danged well that if she DID flip 3 states and get Hillary the White House, She’d be in line for BIG favors. She also knows that what she is doing is WRONG. Why? Because, again, she is NOT calling for recounts where it would actually benefit the public–border states with large illegal alien populations, states with no ID and shoddy election practices, states where ACTUAL VOTER ISSUES WERE REPORTED ON ELECTION DAY….

Will it do any good? The odds are astonishingly small–just as the odds that 40+ electors will turn “faithless” and vote for Hillary. Even the few electors who have stated they are planning to be faithless have NOT said they will vote Hillary. For more information on the danger of faithless electors, SEE HERE.

What Should Be Done About Faithless Electors….

Faithless electors endanger the republic, and the Constitution. At this time, we not only need ALL states to have strong criminal or civil penalties on the books for punishing such people–those who live where such laws are in place MUST be punished.

The reasoning here is simple. These people are SUPPOSED to be voting the will of the PEOPLE, since the ratification of the 17th Amendment. To not do so is prima facie evidence they DO NOT RESPECT THE CONSTITUTION OR RULE OF LAW. PERIOD. Just as a juror is told they can not allow their feelings to impact a guilty or innocent vote in a court of law, electors should NOT be allowed to impose their personal morals or feelings on their vote.

IF YOU CAN’T IN GOOD CONSCIENCE VOTE FOR THE CANDIDATE THE PEOPLE CHOSE–STEP ASIDE AND LET SOMEONE ELSE DO THE JOB.

WHAT CAN WE DO?

Well in this the leftist loons are right–we need to call our electors, email them, and if allowed in your state, GO AND WITNESS THE VOTE. We must let them know that they accepted this position of trust on our behalf, and that we the people will NOT TAKE KINDLY TO THEM BOWING TO THREATS. You can find out from your republican party who the electors are, or from your state voting commission/Secretary of State.

A Look At The Electoral College.

DAFUQ?!? But…But…DEMOCRACY!

Sorry, folks–this is still (nominally speaking) a REPRESENTATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.  Our founders never intended for us to elect the president–or senators, for that matter.

Originally, We, the people, voted on our state legislatures and the house of representatives–and the STATE LEGISLATORS voted on our state senators, and also chose the ELECTORS. Then the ELECTORS would choose the president and VP. The system was set up this way so that the Senate would directly represent the interest of the several states, and the STATES would have the final check against an executive branch run amok (OBAMA, ANYONE?? ANYONE???).

And Then–In 1913–The Dismantling Of Our Constitutional Representative Republic Began.

1913 was a bad year for the Republic, all the way around–we were in the middle of the 1st World War, and this watershed year saw the birth of the IRS and Income Tax, the watering down of the 10th amendment by the 17th Amendment, and the Federal Reserve. For those who are unfamiliar with the Original plan, I highly recommend you go and read what Publius Huldah has to say–a strict constructionist.

So now we have an electoral college that is chosen based on the popular vote in a state. This offers us SOME protection, but not what we once had. Now, what the heck is going on with the electoral college?

The Current State Of Affairs…

At the moment, Trump has 306 electoral votes, and Clinton has the remainder–232. As you only need 270 to become president, this is a good thing. But the current social state of the country is unlike any we have seen before. Hillary Clinton–after claiming that failing to honor the election results is “a direct threat to democracy” in the final debate, is remaining silent while her leftist loon supporters are rioting and threatening the electors. Buzzfeed, a popular leftist loon website, reported that an organization has produced a spreadsheet of electors in Republican states that may be open to “persuasion” and change their electoral vote.

To put this in perspective, Trump would have to lose 37 electors to get un-elected at this point, and as only 157 electors have EVER become “faithless”, this is a pipe dream. Or would be, if the leftist loons weren’t sending death threats, and people weren’t seeing large scale RIOTS causing millions of dollars in damage with little or no intervention from law enforcement. Fear is contagious, and given the fact camp Hillary has said NOTHING to stop the loons from rioting, Obama has stated he won’t tell them to stop , and Justice Sotomayor  has also approved of this lawlessness, I couldn’t blame the average Joe who is an elector if they were quite nervous. We have already heard of 2 electors who are planning to be faithless.

We also have an abysmally stupid lawmaker–Barbara Boxer–planning to introduce a law to end the electoral college. And in the middle of all this Hoorah, where is the media?

The Media Is, As Usual, Either Silent, Or Manufacturing News…..

The MSM is studiously ignoring, for the most part, the high level of threats electors are receiving–though several news outlets have reported on the “faithless” electors that have spoken openly. The media has also failed abysmally when it comes to informing the leftist loons that Barbara Boxer’s “law” is not only utterly UNCONSTITUTIONAL, BUT WOULD NOT APPLY TO THIS ELECTION EVEN IF IT WERE LEGAL.

ATTENTION, MS. BOXER–TO CHANGE THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE, YOU NEED AN AMENDMENT. IT AIN’T HAPPENING. ATTENTION, COMPLICIT MEDIA, BY FURTHERING THIS DESTRUCTIVE NARRATIVE YOU ARE INCITING VIOLENCE.

So, here’s a few 64,000.00 questions:

1. Why the hell isn’t the media widely reporting the high number of threatening emails the electors in republican states are receiving?
2. Why the hell isn’t the media laughing their collective asses off over Ms. Boxer’s absolutely idiotic “law”, and explaining to the leftist loons that this is NOT how things work?
3. Why isn’t Hillary “direct threat to democracy” Clinton telling her “supporters” to BEHAVE THEMSELVES, AND ACCEPT THE ELECTION RESULTS?

AND THEN–THE BIG QUESTIONS FOR THE DAY– 

1. Why is Jill Stein suddenly trying to mount recounts/ audits, in 3 KEY SWING STATES ONLY?
2. is it mere coincidence that all three states Trump won with low margins, the voter fraud would be minimal–and flipping those states back would put Clinton at 280 and Trump at 260?

The last is the real issue, here. Note that Stein and Company are NOT asking for recounts in states where she has ANY LEGITIMATE CHANCE of gaining enough votes for the Green party itself to get up to the 5% threshold needed to be on the ballot as an OFFICIAL PARTY.

Were Dr. Stein doing this on her own behalf or that of the Green Party–with the goal of the party becoming “official”–they would be mounting recounts in BLUE states, and places she already had a better than average showing. So it is safe to assume this is NOT to help the Green Party.

Were she interested in ACTUAL VOTER FRAUD, AS SHE CLAIMS, she would be recounting  California, for instance. California is a particular concern, as they do NOT have voter ID–and anyone who applied for a driver’s license is automatically registered to vote. And Governor Brown signed a bill allowing illegal aliens to get driver’s licenses. AND OVER 400,000 DID. Now California CLAIMS you must show “proof of age” to be registered. And that illegal aliens are not registered. But given the fact that there is NO VOTER ID required to vote in California, it would indeed be very easy for non-citizens to vote.

Here in AZ, I have PERSONALLY WITNESSED MEXICAN NATIONALS at the county recorder’s office being removed from the Jury Duty rolls–which are based on driver’s licenses. SO ARE OUR VOTING ROLLS. Yet the county recorder did NOT ascertain that the couple in front of me were not registered to vote.  And we have voter ID.

Why Does The Electoral College Matter So Much To Democrats?

Simple–LOOK AT A MAP OF COUNTIES HILLARY WON.  Business Insider offers a very good collection of maps. Clinton only won 14% of counties, compared to Trump’s 86%. But the 14% she won had BIG populations–like Los Angeles County.  This is why whenever they lose, especially, Democrats begin screaming to get rid of the electoral college– because metropolitan areas tend to vote BLUE.

Were it not for the electoral college, 14% of the counties in America would effectively be in a position to overpower THE ENTIRE REST OF THE COUNTRY. Our founders went with the electoral system for a very simple reason–they wanted to insure that such a situation would never arise–that ALL states would have a voice in the election process.

That voice was significantly weakened in 1913. But if you look at the maps in that link, you’ll see that the electoral college is more important than ever–because without it, a tiny handful of states would effectively hold the nation’s highest office for as long as the democrats hold control of those states.

And candidates, like Trump, wouldn’t bother campaigning anywhere else. Nor would candidates from any other state have a real chance of winning the presidency–unless they were amazing in one form or another. And given that ONE of those states, California, is doing everything in its power to NOT police the voting system to prevent fraud, that is a frightening prospect indeed.

The democrats began this assault in 1913. And they are not about to stop.

Analyzing Social Perception In Real Time–Part 2

Now That I’ve Eaten Too Much Turkey…..

In Part 1, linked above, I brought us quickly to where we are right now, looking at a live operation in progress.

What We Know:

1. George Soros and the DNC, through a large number of shell “grassroots” groups, are causing mayhem with the riots.
2. The obama administration, far from stepping in to stop this, is encouraging it, while Hillary remains silent, despite claiming in the last debate that anyone not willing to accept the results of the election is a “threat to democracy”.
3. Deliberate assassination of police officers is rising.
4. The MSM is spreading misinformation/disinformation as fast as they can create it.
5. A large number of brand new “fake news” right wing websites are churning out FAKE NEWS–and the MSM is blaming those sites on Russian Federation scam artists making cash from the Adsense ads–true in some cases, blatantly false in others.
6. Trump’s transition team is hard at work, ahead of schedule.

AND WE CAN ADD THESE POINTS TO THE ABOVE:

1. Dr. Jill Stein, for reasons as yet undetermined, is raising money to force a recount in three key states: Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. As she had NO chance anywhere, this is odd.
2. As of this writing, Dr. Stein has reached the amount of money needed to pay for a recount in WI. APPARENTLY–according to that link, she will be filing the papers tomorrow.
3. The Clinton campaign has still said NOTHING to stop the various protests/ riots still occurring–though they have lessened considerably over the last several days. They also haven’t commented on Stein’s recount initiative.
4. More CEOs are crawling out of the woodwork, with the head of an SEO company, 1st In SEO, flatly stating he will not serve known Trump supporters or Republicans. This is the strongest stance yet, and will be subject to deep analysis later.
5. We have now confirmed that the CEO of REDDIT was going into accounts and redirecting negative comments about /u/spez (his username) to the moderators of the subreddit. We also know that REDDIT has actively suppressed The_Donald to insure the subreddit wasn’t on the Front Page or /r/all, and I personally suspect the CEO also insured that the few posts that DID make it to the top of Reddit were deliberately chosen to frame the narrative that The_Donald is some hotbed of nazi tin foil hatters.
6. REDDIT also banned the subreddit involving #pizzagate, and is actively banning/removing all references to #spiritcooking and #pizzagate as well. That will be discussed later.
7. Facebook is taking the opportunity to suspend literally tens of thousands of facebook pages, from business and fan pages to pro-Trump groups and pages, following their public announcement regarding “fake news”–which will also be discussed in detail in another post. While there is justification for removing SOME “fan pages” under Facebook terms, anecdotal evidence is rapidly mounting concerning suspended/ deleted Facebook pages that had been operating for years in some cases without issue–that do NOT appear to violate TOS.
8. Twitter has also been actively manipulating algorithms to keep terms from trending, and allegedly has been deleting posts. Twitter has also banned / suspended the accounts of several prominent self-proclaimed “alt-right” figureheads, including Richard Spencer. 
9. MSM continues to push the narrative that “alt-right” is equal to white supremacists/ nazis, and makes much of Richard Spencer. NOTE–THE LINK WAS DELIBERATELY CHOSEN, as a good example of the use of language and rhetoric in framing a narrative. RICHARD SPENCER IS NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ALT-RIGHT. He’s a neo-nazi/ white supremacist, who has re-branded a toxic movement using psychographic segmentation and mass perception management. But note, the article places Trump cabinet choices like Senator Sessions– a staunch civil rights advocate–with Spencer.

Above Is A Still Partial List Of What We Know….

Now comes the “fun” part. As I write this, analysts everywhere are running keyword searches using specialized software on social media, and on the internet in general, to see which of the above topics are propagating, and at what rate they are “going viral”.

They are also determining through semantic analysis and data mining which of these items are propagating NATURALLY–through real, concerned people “liking” and “sharing”, and which are being deliberately propagated by paid posters or bot programs to further a narrative–and who is doing the spreading.

based on what I am seeing and conversation with others, I can SURMISE:

1. The Soros funded riots are lessening in number–because mounting a riot isn’t cheap. My conservative estimate leads me to believe Soros likely sunk 25-30 million dollars into several days of rioting. IF the strategy were effective, by the 2nd day we would have been seeing organic riots springing up, as well as organic protests. While we ARE seeing some organic protest activity–non-violent–it isn’t sufficient to warrant spending extra money on paid riots at this time. Given the support by the administration and a sitting SCOTUS justice didn’t produce a firestorm of violence, it appears, for the moment, Soros will be scaling back on expenses–at least until the electoral college vote is in.
2. ALL OF THE MSM IS STILL IN THE FAKE NEWS BUSINESS–and they are creating that “news” based on social perception metrics obtained from social media. The public is being conditioned to accept the existence of “fake news”–ostensibly produced by enterprising ad sense scammers–to facilitate the censoring/redirecting of news that is not useful to the narrative on social media and on the internet as a whole. It should be noted this is spilling over to Wikipedia, where “editors” have been editing pages of Trump supporters and right wing personalities. 
3. There is a strong possibility that Dr. Stein, the Green Party, or both, are calling for recounts in the three swing states because they have made a deal with Hillary, the DNC, or BOTH. Changing the vote in those three states would NOT benefit the Green Party–they need 5% nationwide to become “official”. It wouldn’t benefit Trump–quite the opposite, if those three states were to “flip” again, Hillary would win the electoral vote by 10 votes. And it hardly seems possible that such a small party, even backed with donations from angry leftist loons, could raise millions in hours to mount the first recount application tomorrow. This would not be the first time an outlying party or candidate decided to cooperate with the DNC for financial advantage.
4. The push to brand Trump–and his supporter by default–as a toxic “alt-right” blend of neo-nazis and white supremacists will continue and increase, while Trump supporters waste their time throwing temper tantrums over Mitt Romney rising from the political coffin.

MITTENS IS NOT THE ISSUE, PEOPLE–GETTING THROWN UNDER THE NAZI WHITE SUPREMACIST BUS IS THE ISSUE HERE. Trump and his team have excellent reasons for meeting with GOPers and establishment hacks–as this “transition” is the most dangerous part of the campaign to date. The bigger issue is how we are being tarred with the most toxic brush the leftist loons have. 

This is an issue because leftist loons ARE DELUSIONAL. Their leadership and all their news sources are busy convincing them that they are in a fight for their lives. Lucky for us, at the moment they haven’t snapped. But if this level of provocation continues, there can be very serious repercussions. Because the next riots that break out won’t be about breaking windows, they’ll be about breaking heads. And Soros won’t have to pay for them, either.

On The Ridiculous Soap Box Battles In The Corporate And Entertainment World Part 1

It Seems That CEOs Want To Lose Business.

Why do I say that? Well, in the last few weeks since the election–WHICH TRUMP WON LEGITIMATELY, WITH 86% OF THE COUNTIES IN THE USA AND THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE– corporate America and the Entertainment Industry have gone insane. 

We had one CEO who had to resign after discussing sniper rifles and making direct threats on Facebook–and claiming it was a JOKE. Excuse me–no reasonable person reading what that unhinged leftist wrote would have thought he was joking. Then we had ANOTHER Tech CEO who tweeted threats–and claimed he was HACKED. The two shopworn excuses of leftist loons.

Then, we have this lovely gentleman–Matt Maloney, who runs GrubHub. Grubhub, for those not familiar with it, is a delivery service. Restaurants pay on average a 13% commission to use this service. As you can see by that tweet, HIS customers skew Urban, Female, and Intelligent–and he directly states that Trump supporters are none of the above. Note the date on the tweet–he was an utter ASS even BEFORE THIS EGREGIOUS EMAIL. 

Matt Maloney Certainly Had A Meltdown.

So Matt insisted that his email had been “misconstrued”. Really, now. I have shown the email–with no other context–to literally a few hundred people online and in the real world. Ordinary people, all races, ages,  colors, political leanings. And even the liberals read it as I did: that if you believe in Trump–and by default IF YOU VOTED FOR THE MAN YOU LIKELY SHARE HIS VIEWS–YOU SHOULD RESIGN. That, my friends, is called creating a hostile work environment.

READ THE ARTICLE LINKED ABOVE, AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. Based on the tweet from weeks before and this email, the CEO of Grubhub comes off very well–an elitist ass, who has no problem with the idea of mocking current and potential customers AND RESTAURANT OWNERS on Twitter, and no problem creating a hostile work environment either.

But That’s Not The End! Wait Until You Read This…

Here is an excerpt from the article linked above on his excuse that he was “misconstrued”:

At Grubhub, we welcome and accept employees with all political beliefs, no matter who they voted for in this or any election,” he said. “We do not discriminate on the basis of someone’s principles, or otherwise. The message was intended to advocate for inclusion and tolerance — regardless of political affiliation — during this time of transition for our country.”

I want to clarify that I did not ask for anyone to resign if they voted for Trump,” the statement said. “I would never make such a demand.”

In a tweet that was later deleted, Maloney added: “To be clear, GrubHub does not tolerate hate and we are proud of all our employees – even those who voted for Trump.”

Notice, he claims he never asked trump voters to resign. 

BUT THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE FROM THE FIRST EMAIL:

If you do not agree with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because you have no place here,” he wrote. “We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team.

Maloney said he rejects the “nationalist, anti-immigrant and hateful politics of Donald Trump.” 

1. If you voted for TRUMP–you’re likely a nationalist rather than a globalist.
2. TRUMP IS NOT ANTI-IMMIGRANT, AND NEITHER ARE HIS AVERAGE VOTERS. WE ARE ANTI-ILLEGAL ALIEN. DO IT LEGALLY.

He also stated that if employees of his acted as Trump did, they would have been fired. And of course the actions in question were taken out of context and have been debunked multiple times.

And the paragraph above states quite clearly–if you do not agree with Matt’s assessment of TRUMP–then quit.

BOTTOM LINE, MATT–YOU’RE AN ASS, AND FULL OF IT.

If my employer stated that anyone who agreed with nationalism and the rule of law should submit their resignation, I would certainly interpret that as a hostile work environment, and a direct invitation to leave the company. And for the record, everyone I showed his first message to thought the same.

And when I showed them his excuse–including the later deleted tweet–they said he was full of it. it’s no surprise that their stock has taken a dramatic downturn. I have shown his tweets and emails to local businesses who USED TO USE GRUB HUB–and they don’t any more. Because this is just plain unprofessional and borderline illegal. Successful lawsuits for hostile work environments have risen out of far less direct evidence.

If You Feel This Is Wrong….

THEN GET YOUR LOCAL EATERY TO DUMP GRUB HUB. THIS IS A VERY COMPETITIVE FIELD IN ANY MAJOR CITY, SO THERE ARE PLENTY OF CHOICES. And for the record–if a right wing business had done the same thing when Obama got elected–I’d be calling them out also. Business is not the place for strident politics–and certainly not taken to this level. SHAME ON YOU, YOU ELITIST ASS.

Now this isn’t the first time the Weiner Dude has graced the front cover of the Post by any means. But this cover, right after old Hillary’s birthday, is the icing on the beefcake, so to speak :-). Of course it also led to a full on tsunami of hashtags–#cocktobersurprise being one of the best.

Hillary, Huma, and Weiner–Politics And Strange Bedfellows

Let’s take a moment to recall the timeline on the FBI/Clinton Email Scandal and non-investigation:

MARCH 2015: NYT  reports that Hillary was using a private server, and private email, while Secretary of State. For those who wonder why (beyond the obvious)–the state dept email addy and their servers/ equipment belong to THEM. Now in the business world, this means that anyone storing ANYTHING  on those devices has surrendered their 4th amendment rights, and the owner of the equipment doesn’t need a search warrant to access it.

IN THE BUSINESS WORLD, IT HAS BECOME STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE TO HAVE EMPLOYEES SIGN WAIVERS ACKNOWLEDGING THIS. And one would think/hope the government has the same (but with these yoyos–who knows?). BUT–if her stuff is on her private server and PERSONAL email–then you’d need a warrant. And I would guess Hillary figured the odds of ANYONE finding a judges that would issue a warrant were extremely small….

JULY 2015–actual investigation begins when DOJ was asked to review this situation by  2 Inspectors General –State Department and National Intelligence.

AUGUST 2015–The FBI confirms they are investigating–kinda/sorta at least. At this point HILLARY had made statements saying she should have separated stuff, but it was no biggie….And hands over her server.

Almost a YEAR later….

MAY 2016–State department finally issues a sternly worded letter about Hillary using a private email addy, which is against the rules.  Hillary claimed, of course, that she had no idea it was against the rules, she was told it was fine (in her case). But then again, she also professes to know nothing about technology–but we’ll dig into that later.

JULY 2016–Loretta Lych, the corrupt replacement for Eric Holder (who, by the way, is STILL in contempt of congress and has yet to face any consequences for his misdeeds, and appears again later in this tale), announced that she’d accept the recommendations of the FBI and experienced lawyers regarding whether to level charges against Hillary for her mishandling of classified documents. This was interesting–because just a day or two before, she had been in a secret meeting with none other than BILL CLINTON–IN A PLANE, ON THE TARMAC AT SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PHOENIX.

They met for almost 40 minutes. Why was Lynch In Phoenix? She was pushing new agendas.Now why in the world was Billy Boy in Phoenix? He SAYS he just dropped in to play a few rounds of golf. In 100+ degree weather. And he was hanging out at the airport waiting to depart, when somebody happened to mention that Lynch–who had been there on “official business” making an appearance on her national tour to push “community policing” programs (more on those later). So he decided to stick around so he could say HI!

So the two of them just strolled onto a parked private plane (no idea whose it was, to this day, that we know of), and according to Lynch and Clinton–chatted about grandchildren. Hours before the Benghazi Report was due to be released. A day or two before Lynch and the FBI were to announce whether Hillary will be charged with anything.

THE POTENTIAL DEFENDANT IN A CRIMINAL CASE’S HUSBAND AND THE PERSON WHO WOULD BE CHARGING HER SLIP OFF INTO A RANDOM PLANE AND HAD A CHAT ABOUT GRANDCHILDREN.

The very fact these people would think anyone would BELIEVE this boggles the mind. Then again, the fact they would boldly meet like this AT ALL boggles the mind–because anyone who has watched more than 1 episode of ANY CRIME SHOW ON TV knows that such a meeting practically guarantees that if the person ends up charged  it will lead to a mistrial. Or an acquittal. Loretta Lynch is supposedly a lawyer–so she should have known enough NOT TO MEET WITH BILL AT ALL AT THAT TIME.  By meeting with him, she in effect compromised the case before it could even get to court if she decided to prosecute.

And not to recuse herself and hand the matter off to someone else out of an abundance of caution at the very least also points to a deliberate act or plan, in my opinion. THEY ARE BOTH LAWYERS. THEY KNEW THAT THEIR ACTIONS WOULD RAISE A HELL OF A LOT OF QUESTIONS. Because they have knowledge of the law,  and still met, a logical assumption would be they were doing so intentionally. If they merely wanted to exchange gossip about the families and grandkids, THEY COULD HAVE DONE SO RIGHT IN THE TERMINAL, WITH WITNESSES.

Exit Stage LEFT, Clowns…And Enter Comey, Clown Emeritus.

The next day, July 2, Hillary was “interviewed” by the FBI for several hours.

JULY 5–Comey, FBI director, announced he was NOT recommending prosecution. His announcement was truly a work of art. In this announcement, he raked Hillary over the coals, and detailed all of her actions–and built what in a court would have been a damning “closing argument”. IN HIS OWN STATEMENT, HE EXPLICITLY MENTIONED ACTS THAT WERE CRIMINAL, AS WE NOW KNOW.

And then he said that “no reasonable prosecutor” would go to trial with this information…

MAJOR JASON BREZLER— he found out about a corrupt afghan police chief and had vital intel on a potential attack, and no way to deliver it. So he deliberately emailed the intel to the unit using his Yahoo mail–to protect his fellow Marines. 17 days later, in an inside attack, one of the chief’s servants killed 3 Marines and injured a 4th.

The Major would probably still be in the Marines had he not chosen to self report his violation out of honor. SEMPER FI, MAJOR. You tried to protect your friends.

GENERAL DAVID PETRAEUS–Petraeus served honorably as a General in the Mid-East, and wanted to write a book. Being a smart man, he decided to hire a biographer–Paula Broadwell. Who became in due time, his mistress.  Now this is where things get interesting.

He shared email information with her, and it is ALLEGED he allowed her access to classified information, something he denies.  When he was offered the job directing the CIA, they began the standard background check–and found his mistress and this potential breach of national security. THEY HAD THE DIRT ON HIM AT LEAST 9 MONTHS BEFORE HE TOOK THE CIA JOB. In a non-corrupt administration, this information would have led to him NOT being offered that job, and an IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION. It didn’t,

And then–Benghazi happened. And Obama and the Merrie Minions needed to clean up a bunch of stuff, FAST. And relied on Petraeus to cover their asses. INSTEAD–WHEN CONGRESS ASKED HIM THE RIGHT QUESTIONS–HE REFUTED THEIR STORY. They had tried to throw the CIA under the bus, and he said NOPE.

THE VERY NEXT DAY THE ADMINISTRATION DUMPED THE NEWS ABOUT HIS MISTRESS AND THE CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. The chain of events here is fairly straight forward–they wanted Petraeus out of his Army post because he was doing a good job. So they found some dirt on him, and instead of using it then–they sat on it and moved him into CIA.

I would guess that on the night Before he was due to testify in congress, someone contacted him, showed him the dirt, and said “back us up, or else”–and he didn’t. He’s now a teacher at some city college in New York, and a very nice talking parrot for the DNC.

KRISTIAN SAUCIER— Now this guy was something of an idiot–but he’s on the list. This sailor got a year in jail and 6 months home confinement because he took pictures of his work space to show his family, and his “work space” happened to be the reactor plant of his nuclear sub. Then, when he upgraded phones and apparently dumped his old one in a phone recycling program, they found the pics. Yes, he was STUPID. He knew the rules, and decided to break them with the rationalization that it was only his family. Then for whatever reason–probably simple forgetfulness, he neglected to scrub the phone before getting rid of it.

His stupidity got him a serious criminal record, booted from the service, and will make it VERY hard for him to get anywhere in life.

“A Different Set Of Rules”….

Salon, the bastion of  Leftist Lunacy, alleges that Hillary Clinton is being unfairly judged by “old” campaign rules–from the “Time Before Trump”. BILL CLINTON complained to National Review about the same thing when Hillary got caught in the email scandal.

Well–Hate to admit it–but they are right. There IS a different set of rules for the Clintons, Podesta, Huma, Weiner, and everyone else currently scrambling to throw each other under the new Email Bus. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR CRIMES, AND EVERYONE ELSE IS.

And Just When You Thought The Tale Was Over–

Because Huma and Weiner broke up when he was recently caught sexting yet ANOTHER 15 year old, and the NYPD seized his laptop and several other devices at his house. AFTER HUMA SAID SHE HAD TURNED IN ALL HER STUFF–EMAILS FROM HILLARY AND HUMA WERE ON WEINER’S LAPTOP. Huma had said SHE HAD NO EMAILS OR ANYTHING ELSE, WHILE TESTIFYING TO CONGRESS AFTER GETTING IMMUNITY.

So in the real world, her immunity would be invalidated by her LYING UNDER OATH, a crime in and of itself. In THIS world–who knows? Huma seems to be MIA at the moment.

And the folder the emails were in was labeled–LIFE INSURANCE. And it turns out there are over 650,000 to sift through. Tens of Thousands have already been found.

From the very beginning of this amazing election cycle, I have been telling people, Including the Trump campaign at every opportunity, that they should not underestimate REDDIT. Naturally, many of those older folk replied “REDDIT? What’s a REDDIT?”, while other “Conservatives” made noises of disgust and said (as they say of Facebook and Twitter) “I would NEVER go there. REDDIT is a bunch of filth, perversion, and social justice warriors/leftist loons”.

WELL GUESS WHAT, PEOPLE–WHILE YOU’VE BEEN PEARL CLUTCHING OVER THE MEDIA AND THEIR PERFIDY, AND SAYING “NOBODY IS DOING ANYTHING”, REDDIT HAS AWAKENED TO WHAT IS GOING ON. AND THE MILLENNIALS MANY OF YOU MOCK ARE P*SSED OFF AS HELL, AND THEY ARE FULLY ENGAGED AND FIGHTING FOR TRUMP.

“What’s a Reddit?”

Reddit is the self proclaimed FRONT PAGE OF THE INTERNET. And if you are a techie, or a millennial–it IS. Over 80% of millennials get most of their news from Reddit and other social media. The site is designed in am manner reminiscent of the old internet BBS format, and is made up of millions of “subreddits”–groups formed by members to discuss common interests.

For the cultural anthropologist, semantic analyst, or psychographic segmentation specialist, Reddit is the closest thing to heaven you could ask for. Reddit literally represents a statistical universe, due to the size and the (relative) lack of regulation. Anyone can start a subreddit about ANYTHING (and some are truly sickening, of course), as easily as you can throw together a free website.

And each subreddit develops a unique culture and language of its own. Enter /r/The_Donald. This subreddit, now boasting over 240,000 members with at least 7-8000 active on the sub AT ANY GIVEN TIME, began life as a motley collection of meme generators, 4channers,  and devotees to the You Tube series CAN’T STUMP THE TRUMP.

If you haven’t watched this amazing example of citizen journalism–I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. While people in my age group (officially antique) were dismissing millennials as clueless, they were getting informed. BE WARNED, this series can be difficult to understand if you don’t know the cultural references involved, and the format will be utterly unlike any “newscast” you’ve ever watched. But this channel and the series serve as a series of newscasts/mini-documentaries. AND READ THE COMMENTS.

When you read beyond all the meme references and sh*tposting, you see that the people who watch this channel have a lot to say. They can see what is happening–thanks to Can’t Stump The Trump–and they don’t like it either.

Behind the #NimbleNavigators, #Centipedes, and BUILD THE WALL….

I was an active participant in /r/The_Donald from early on, and also in /r/AskTrumpSupporters, until life got too hectic. But I still go there daily to read the news, and enjoy the evolution of the subreddit from a sh*tposting, over the top, satirical circlejerk into a focused, highly motivated group of intensely involved people. It’s a testimony to their worth that Donald Trump Himself gave /r/The_Donald an AMA (Redditspeak for Ask Me Anything), that James O’Keefe appealed to /r/The_Donald to help him get his videos out, and to process the wikileaks emails.

Trump campaign staffers routinely read through this subreddit for information, and Trump himself drops by and leaves encouragement every once in a while. Yes, the language may be crude/profane at times, and some may be extremely puzzling–but the people here are contributing a truly unprecedented amount of value to the campaign and to us–is we choose to use it.

The #Nimblenavigators have organized themselves into loose “teams”–complete with schedules (in some cases)  and protocols for posting finds of value. In those threads, you’ll find fully sorted, searchable document files and an amazing amount of astute analysis, just waiting to be picked up and used as ammo against your local or internet leftist loons at will.

In this election, it is the citizen journalists, citizen activists, and social media at war against the MSM/Bank/ Corporate/ UNIPARTY machine. And if you haven’t gone to /r/The_Donald to at least “lurk”–you’re missing out on a gold mine of easy to communicate information on our opposition–both in the extensive email research files and in the MEMES. Because these people create some of the most engaging, hard hitting, unique memes on the internet. search through the threads, or just ASK, and you’ll be buried in memes that “convert” like nobody else’s–because they are being created by some of the premier meme generators online today.

Time To Put Aside Your Prejudices, Folks.

We’re nearing the biggest battle of this war, and we need everyone we can get on board and being active. And if Trump and O’Keefe have allied with /r/The_Donald, don’t you think it’s time YOU did, also? Yes, there are some dark and nasty places on Reddit. BUT YOU CAN’T FIND THEM UNLESS YOU LOOK ANYWAY. It’s not like you’ll be slapped in the face with something criminal or just plain sick the minute you hit the front page.

And yes, the #Nimblenavigators can be confusing at times. But that doesn’t mean they should be discounted, by any means. This group has grown, in less than 8 months, from next to nothing to almost A QUARTER OF A MILLION PEOPLE. And it’s high time everyone decides to put credit where credit is due, and take all the wonderful weapons they have turned out, and go forth to victory.

 

 

 

When You Can’t Win Any Other Way–LIE.

By now, everyone should be familiar with the old standby tactics used by Democrats in every election, for any office above dog catcher–claim tax issues, or claim sex scandals. And sure enough, right on schedule, we have Hillary and company implying that Trump might not have paid taxes for over a decade—she is apparently channeling Harry Reid these days instead of holding imaginary chats with Eleanor Roosevelt— and allegations from a gaggle of aggrieved females that in various places and at various times, they were “groped” or otherwise harassed by Donald Trump.

First Up–Tax Deductions 101

For those who are not billionaires, this deduction of almost a billion dollars carried forward to cover UP TO 15 years may seem ridiculous. But–it isn’t.

IN ANY BUSINESS, YOU SHOULD ONLY BE PAYING TAXES ON PROFITS. So, if you are WALMART, and your Net Profits for the year average 3.1-3.6%, then THAT IS WHAT YOU PAY TAX ON. And by the way–how long would YOU stay in your job if you only got to keep 3 CENTS OF EVERY DOLLAR YOU MAKE?  

Let’s take this down to the level of the average Joe. Let’s say that you have the opportunity to buy a duplex for a rental property that is up for sale for back taxes. So, you LEVERAGE the equity in your home, take out a second mortgage for the rest, and buy this duplex.

At the time you purchase it, property values in the neighborhood are on the rise, fueled by a new industrial park being built–so you have every expectation you will be able to rent out these 2 units for twice the mortgage payment–giving you a good profit.

But then, an environmental group discovers an obscure species of beetle living ONLY in this area–and all building stops. Injunctions are filed against further construction, and the companies planning to build abandon the project, and sell the land to the state land fund with a billion dollar LOSS.

In real estate, because you are almost always building using leveraged or borrowed money and it can be years–even decades–before a true profit is shown, you can deduct your losses going forward when something like this happens. And in our example, that is what the development company would do–write off the losses and amortize them over a period of years.

But what about you? Your new duplex’s property value is now less than half what you paid, so you are “under water”–and because the duplex is away from everything else and there will now be no new development in the area, you can’t find decent renters. The only renters you can get are lower income people living on the edge, who routinely avoid paying rent, or college kids who party all the time and trash the property at the end of the school year.

Well–CONGRATULATIONS. As a real estate speculator, YOU CAN NOW TAKE THAT DEDUCTION ALSO, AND PAY NO TAXES. The reason these deductions were created for the real estate industry is simple–their “product” requires a huge up front out of pocket cost that comes from borrowed money. If real estate development firms DIDN’T have this protection against loss–nothing would get built at a reasonable price. PERIOD.

Whether you own a single duplex or 100 resort properties, here are a few of the deductions you can take: upkeep costs, mortgage interest costs under certain circumstances, losses from non-payment of rent, property depreciation, repair and maintenance costs, code compliance costs….

Deductions are for ALL Americans. PERIOD.

There isn’t a single tax deduction in existence that YOU and I are NOT eligible for, if we meet the conditions. I know more than a few middle class Americans right here in Tucson AZ who flipped real estate and got into rental properties big time when things were going well here–only to see the bottom drop out during the epic housing bubble debacle. And ALL of them declared those losses. Just as I declare all my legal deductions on my 1040 (Schedule C), Profit or Loss from a business. There is no difference legally  between my 900.00 Loss and Trump’s 900 million dollar loss. We have different deductions, of course, as I am not in real estate. But there have been years when my business didn’t pay taxes. And there will likely be years when that happens again.

IF BUSINESSES WERE NOT ALLOWED TO DECLARE THEIR LOSSES, THEN THEY WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. If you own a home, you can deduct the interest you pay on your mortgage, allowing you to pay less taxes, and in many cases, NO TAXES. That 47% that Romney was talking about were not only low income, or the elderly. There are also quite a few middle class Americans with a ZERO TAX BILL, thanks to mortgage interest deductions, child care tax credits, and medical deductions, and costs of doing business.

has he actually gone over 15 years not paying? Probably NOT. Why? because he typically, from what we know, makes over 500 million a year. So Yes, as the NYT so kindly pointed out, he could technically go 18 years without paying federal income tax. But the odds are against it.

FEDERAL INCOME TAX IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

Actually, in my business–the federal income tax is one of the SMALLER taxes and fees I pay. Regulatory compliance burdens add 30 cents to every dollar I pay my employees. Were it not for the excess regulation and paperwork requirements, I could be paying my employees 10-12.00/hour easily, without raising prices.

Then there is the matching Social Security contribution, unemployment compensation insurance, workingman’s compensation insurance. There are the sales taxes on products I can’t get taxes forgiven on. There are the property taxes on the business property. There are the all the other taxes I pay daily as an individual–including my personal income tax. As the link above shows, the average Joe loses a lot more money to ancillary taxes and fees than he loses to the IRS as Federal Income Tax.

So, sorry, Lunatic Leftists–Trump’s deduction was legal. EVEN NPR said so LOL. And given the large scale of his business empire, I would guess he has paid Federal Income Tax most of the years between the Atlantic City Bubble bursting and the present. And if he didn’t–he pays through the nose other ways, as do ALL business people in this country.

P.S.–UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL NOT TO TAKE DEDUCTIONS YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. THE ORIGINAL RULING APPLIED TO CASES WHERE SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS CHOSE NOT TO TAKE CERTAIN BUSINESS DEDUCTION BECAUSE DOING SO DECREASED THEIR EARNED INCOME CREDIT. THIS HAS BEEN EXPANDED BY THE IRS UNOFFICIALLY TO INCLUDE ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IN WHICH DEDUCTION MANIPULATION PRODUCES A LOWER NET TAX PAYMENT, OR AN INCREASE IN A TAX CREDIT.

So, In English–If you’re a business person of any kind and you might be entitled to a tax credit or incentive of any kind, and the amount of said incentive would be higher if you failed to declare an expense, and you choose not to declare an expense–you’re screwed. Have a nice day. As a small business owner who DID get whacked by the IRS for not declaring a legitimate expense–ONE I DIDN’T KNOW I WAS ENTITLED TO DECLARE AT THE TIME– I can tell you you do NOT want to go there.
